Replacement valves

I bought this valve from Greenie years ago, are they still available?
If not, is there a 2” hanger for a Butler valve setup?

I think that is a precision flow Valve or something like that they called the nasa valve.

I think butlers valve is the same dimensions is it not?

This valve is cut down the sides to receive the adapter plate, the Butler valve mounts from the top.

What is wrong with the valve?

Will a rebuild bring it back to life?

Overtime the stainless threads gull and lock together. I have applied Loctite anti seize but it doesn’t seem to help. It comes to the point that they can’t be disassembled without destroying the threads.

We swapped out Para Plate valves for Butler and the hanger was the same. I think Butler used to use Para Plate and they used the same hanger for their much-improved valve over Para Plate.

Think my first wand had PP valves
good valve, but ridiculously expensive if I recall
and a bit of a PITA to rebuild


PP, PMF, Prochem and Westpac are the valves we've used over the years
I'm not sure if there's a better valve in the history of the world than the Westpac soft touch

Price point, longevity and deadsquare ease of rebuild makes it so

If hardware wasn't available to hang a Westpac, think I'd go see my local fab shop when time to replace a valve .....

We swapped out Para Plate valves for Butler and the hanger was the same. I think Butler used to use Para Plate and they used the same hanger for their much-improved valve over Para Plate.

The hanger on the Butler wand is wider for the ParaPlate. The Butler valve is indentical to this valve and is in Butler terms, well engineered. The Butler valve setup with the adjustable trigger height and sleeves would be the best option for Prochem, PMF and Tom’s wand if the correct hanger was available.
