Use a Zipper. Replace that rear hole glide with a slotted and make certain you have 2 weight plates on top.

It should be laid out in sections that are about 12' wide, so just clean normally. If it isn't heavily soiled, you won't have any issues. @Papa John did some astroturf recently I think, so maybe he can chime in. And didn't our hispanic veteran here watch over his crew cleaning an astroturf football field with those black pellets in it?

I always turn down the rubber floors, so give us some detail on how you plan to clean it.

Astrofurf acts like velcro with dog hair. you'll need to vacuum slowly to remove it.
